We can also arrange all trade test in presence of Employer’s representative at his convenience when he visits office for the same.

 NAZ Associates. performs the following activities
  • Obtains Recruitment Permission from the Government Agencies.
  • Makes advertisement in reputed daily news paper calling applicants, if necessary.
  • Makes collection of applications.
  • Makes Primary selection by experts.
  • Arranges final interview by Employer’s representative.
  • Obtains Passports for selected candidates.
  • Arranges Medical Examination of the-candidates.
  • Obtains Police clearance, if require.
  • Obtains Medical fitness certificate, photographs, job related certificate and documents.
  • Arranges stamping of Visa from the respective Embassy/ High Commission.
  • Arranges Finger Print of workers and online sending where necessary.
  • Obtains Emigration clearance from the Government Agency.
  • Makes travel arrangement including confirmation of seats with airlines.
  • Keeps constant contact with the Employer informing the development of the total Arrangement.
  • Attends airport to ensure smooth boarding of the work-forces.
  • Inform Employer over fax/ telephone/e-mail about the number of workers dispatched/boarded finally.
  • Makes arranges of proper and timely replacement of workers, if anyone is found professionally or medically unfit within the probation period.
  • Ensure workers reach the country of work within 30 days from the date of receipt of their Visa/Visa advice/Calling Visa from the Employer, even earlier in case of emergency of Employer.
  • Makes proper briefing to the workers about the social, political, legal, cultural and environmental aspects of the host country to increase moral courage that helps in enhancing the existing relationship between the countries.
  • Handover a file containing copy of employment contract, insurance certificate, air ticket etc.
